Paine Ross is the second oldest law firm in Australia, having been in continuous operation since 1828. Located in the Hawkesbury for more than the last 190 years, we are a family owned and operated firm. Please review our expertise page to see how we may assist you.

Elizabeth Paine joined her father John Paine in October 2010 and took over the practice in 2011. Elizabeth regularly hears stories from clients about how they remember dealing with her grandfather ‘old John’. This creates a real sense of history and continuity in our relationships with local people.

Elizabeth was joined by David Ireland in 2013. A former colleague of Elizabeth’s in a large CBD practice, David brings 18 years of property law experience to the firm.

Paine Ross’s practice has a strong client focus and we endeavour to form close relationships with our clients. We have also developed good working relationships with real estate agents and other professionals in the Hawkesbury area.

Paine Ross’s clients include businesses both large and small, families, individuals, landlords, property developers and NSW Government agencies.

Clients come to us because of our experience and quality advice. They also appreciate the fact that we offer a high level of personal service, adopt a commercial approach, and are focused on working with them to achieve their goals.

Paine Ross & Co is now on PEXA, Australia’s online property exchange.

See pexa.com.au for more information about PEXA. Contact Paine Ross to arrange a consultation with an experienced solicitor or to discuss whether your next property transaction can be on PEXA.
